SLG-Soundlabel

Noises differ! Sometimes e.g. when operating an appliance side noises occur which are not represented by the mere numeral of the sound power level, e.g. on the EU energy label. In order to draw a realistic image of a sound's quality and not only give information on its volume level, we have developed a Soundlabel.

• Sound classes for vacuum cleaners, cooker hoods, tumble dryers, washing machines, refrigerators and freezers, ovens, steam ironing stations
• Combination of objective (sound pressure and sound power level) and subjective parameters (loudness, sharpness, tonality, roughness, fluctuation strength, annoying noises)
• Measurements for determining the different parameters
