SLG tests toys, items for children and children's furniture. Parents have high expectations of children’s products, especially where health and safety is concerned. Therefore, we test toys, items for children, children's furniture and child safety articles for their compliance with current national and international standards. We check whether all legally required documents are available and support manufacturers and importers inspecting manufacturing quality for a variety of products.

Our laboratory is accredited by the national German accreditation body DAkkS. We are a notified body according to the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC and listed by the American national body CSPC for toy testing according to ASTM standards for the USA.
